Custom roof flashings up to 8m
We use the latest folding technology to make high quality flashings at speed. And with our Factory job management software, you’ll always know the status of your order.
Commercial detail work such as sumps, nozzles and rainwater heads
We offer a comprehensive range of standard products available off the shelf. Our dedicated tradespeople are more than happy to modify these parts to suit your particular needs.
Half round gutters and brackets up to 500mm diameter
We specialise in rolling all sizes of half round gutters up to 8m long. And we produce and powder coat our brackets from start to finish in-house at our factories.
In-house powder coating
Our in-house powder coating means tight quality control and fast turnaround times. We hold standard colours in stock and can readily access different colours from suppliers.
Tapered downpipes up to 225mm diameter
Our downpipes are custom made and can be tapered to neatly fit together and present a smooth continuous look. We offer a range of standard sizes and can deliver to your specs.
CNC routing and panel fabrication
With multiple CNC routers and a well-trained team, we have expertise in the cutting and fabricating of all kinds of panels from a range of solid or or composite materials.
Roll forming, punching and stamping
At Vilno, we have extensive experience in sheet metal folding and pressing. Whether you need turret punching or press bake folding, we’re well equipped to make it happen.
